Propelling Fairhaven Property Group forward is Petrus Yen. His decade of experience in successfully managing his family office's real estate assets has given him a granular understanding of what it takes to source, structure and operate property investments that perform through market cycles.
That experience — spanning acquisitions, leasing, capital works and disposals across New Zealand, Australia and Southeast Asia — now underpins Fairhaven's discretionary fund, deal sourcing and property management disciplines, giving investors access to institutional-grade rigour with the agility of a specialist operator.

Managing Director
Petrus leads acquisitions and capital structuring across the group. He has a background in investment, corporate advisory, and cross-border transactions, with a focus on property and infrastructure assets in New Zealand and Australia.
Ziqi Fan
Operations & Coordination
Ziqi Fan leads execution and coordination across the group. She keeps priorities, timelines, and stakeholders aligned, ensuring day-to-day work runs smoothly across multiple active workstreams.
Daarshan Kunasegaran
Financial Analyst
Daarshan leads financial analysis, reporting, and investment research across the group. He supports opportunity evaluation, investment ideation, and the preparation of client materials, research papers, and transaction documents.
Beatriz Tongco
Portfolio Operations
Beatriz oversees portfolio operations in New Zealand across the group's assets and operating businesses. She manages inspections, stakeholder matters, and day-to-day execution across a diverse operating footprint.
